T_A Revolution in Natural Extractions

T_dsm-firmenich unveils Firgood® collection, a brand new range of pure, 100% natural extracts obtained by a revolutionary, sustainable proprietary extraction technology. T_This patented process, pioneered by dsm-firmenich, enables the processing of biomass never previously used in the industry for natural ingredients. T_The very first pear Firgood®, ginger Firgood® and green bell pepper Firgood® are part of the dsm-firmenich creative Perfumery palette.

T_1995 - 1998

T_Catalysis and supercritical CO2 extraction

T_Firmenich pioneered chemical catalysis with the launch of Paradisone® and launched the very first supercritical COM_{T_2}T_ extract, a Pink Pepper, for use in perfumery. T_Our breakthroughs coincided with Anastas and Warner’s definition of the 12 Green chemistry principles.
